Calculator privacy
The paycheck calculator is browser-only for the core calculation. Salary, hourly rate, state, filing status, W-4 fields, and deduction inputs are read by JavaScript in the browser to show a result on the page.
Analytics
PaycheckDB may use privacy-conscious site analytics such as Vercel Analytics and Google Analytics 4 to understand page traffic, indexing progress, and calculator usage patterns. The calculator does not require an account or a login.
Sensitive data
Do not enter information that is unnecessary for a paycheck estimate, such as Social Security numbers, bank account numbers, employer payroll IDs, or employee rosters.
